Meridian Massage is a massage that focuses on massaging the meridian/energy pathways on the body. The massage consists of long flowing strokes along the meridians interspersed with specific pressure on acupressure points. It is a style of massage based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, with no needles involved. 

The benefit of Meridian Massage can relieve a wide range of physical afflictions, including headaches, bruising, and shin splints as well as chronic musculoskeletal imbalances. 

Cupping therapy is a form of pseudoscience in which a local suction is created on the skin with the application of heated cups. It has been claimed that cupping therapy tends to drain excess fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions and revitalize connective tissue, increase blood flow to skin and muscles, stimulate the peripheral nervous system, reduce pain, controls high blood pressure and modulates the immune system. 

Moxibustion is a form of heat therapy used within Traditional Chinese Medicine to ignite the body's healing mechanisms, improve circulation, and decrease pain. It involves the combustion of the dried leaf of the plant Folium Artemisiae Aagyi, on or above specific points on the body
